LiveAuctioneers Invoices

Please refer to the instructions that have been emailed to you with your invoice. If you have not received an invoice, please check that your Live Auctioneers account email information is correct. You may also check your spam folder.

Sales tax: Unless you have a valid Tax Exempt Certificate on file with LiveAuctioneers, sales tax, will be calculated according to the address on file and will be collected and remitted by LivePayments.

Per Terms and conditions of the sale, your card on file will be processed for payment 72 hours after the sale unless payment is initiated by you before that time.

To pay by check: LivePayments will also process a check for you at a reduced processing fee.

Invaluable/AuctionZip Invoices

Please refer to the instructions that have been emailed to you with your invoice. If you have not received an invoice, please check that your Invaluable/AuctionZip account email information is correct. You may also check your spam folder.

Sales tax: Unless you have a valid Tax Exempt Certificate on file with Invaluable/AuctionZip, sales tax, will be calculated according to the address on file and will be collected and remitted by Invaluable/AuctionZip.

Credit Card Payments: Payment Portal

Sales tax: Pennsylvania residents will charged local sales tax unless a valid tax Exempt Certificate can be provided to be kept on file. Also, Local Sales tax is charged to local pick up unless a Common Carrier or Third Party Shipper is used to ship your items.
